The Delta: Disappeared Binders and Evidence Tampering

The walkthrough shelf (pre-search) shows all 17 binders intact. The outro shelf (post-search) has only ~11—6 vanished completely (GG-5 Al Gore, GG-10 Robert Maxwell, GG-11 Glenn Dubin, GG-14 Noam Chomsky, GG-15 Elon Musk, GG-16 Barack Obama), others reshelved wrong, bottoms cropped.

This delta is super illegal tampering with evidence. FBI must file a full FD-597 Receipt for Property with the court after every warrant—listing ALL seized items. Gaps/disappearances mean they seized the full codex but faked the return inventory, listing only the “safe” binders to maintain control of the hot ones (Mega/foreign/policy nukes) for their own ends.
